Here is my S.D. From Russia With Love throwing knife. It came with a wooden plaque. I purchased this before the attache case. Later I bought, according to Steve, the last 4 unfinished knives. The unfinished knives have to be polished and the delrin handles press fit onto the knives. Thought about selling the unfinished ones, but I don't think I can part with them. So, all in all, including the attache case, I have 007 knives.

Wow DG nice knife thanks for sharing. oh and if you deside to sell one of the unfinished knives, please give me first dibs
Are they machined from steel or aluminium?
~ Casino Royale, Ian Fleming
Yep, machined aluminum. I thought about putting a real edge on one of them too. First, second and third dibs, wow. I guess the attache case throwing knives are highly sought after. I always thought the attache case and ancillary gadgets from FRWL were some of the coolest in the series. The movie was Sean Connery's favorite and the novel was among John F. Kennedy's favorite books. The movie had one of the best casts ever in a Bond film, with one of the best Bond villains, Donald Grant portrayed by Robert Shaw. Not only was Robert Shaw a talented actor, but he was a novelist and play-write to boot. A very talented fellow indeed.

I share your love for FRWL, it's my favorite Connery, and possibly the best of the series.
I won't put in any "dibbs" for one of your knives, only offer an observation .....
The unpolished knives loook deadlier than the polished version, so get some handles on those and display them!!!
Very nice collectable.

Huh, you know something, I never thought about it that way. I think you're right, they do look deadlier.
