Cartoon Characters as Bond Characters

I got to thinking, with all these action cartoons (i.e. Transformers, G.I. Joe etc.) being made into movies, wouldn't it be cool if one of these universes crossed over with Bond's to make a super duper awesome ridiculous movie. Like if Storm Shadow worked for Quantum as a hitman, or even better, Molotov Cocktease as a Bad Bond Girl (a la Xenia Onnatopp)! Imagine that outfit!
