What should EON do now?

Bond 23 needs to be lighter without going over the top (Moore went far to far over the top). Bond 23 needs a proper villain maybe re-reading Fleming's books will help. What book/s could a future villain be based on?

    Personally, I'd like to see Bond back in Japan---Eon should use the climax of the YOLT novel (the Garden of Death). It could be called Shatterhand, or The Death Collector. If, as rumoured, Bond will go to New York, there are some prime unused elements of LALD that can be used. The TSWLM novel would be a perfect extended PTS...

    I'm one of those stubborn fans who sees a lot of unused Fleming opportunities...
