Does anyone have any information on the suit we see Bond wearing briefly at MI6 HQ before he goes to Haiti? i never heard it discussed before, just the two bolivia suits

The Tom Ford suit Bond is wearing at MI-6 is the same as the previous scene in Mitchell's apartment with M, minus the overcoat.
