In the fourty-plus year history of the Bond movie franchise, only one Bond girl has said "I love you, James." out loud and her name is Tatiana Romanova, the other Bond girls just said "I love you." through their actions and that includes Vesper Lynd and Tracy Bond.
"I admire your courage, Miss?..." "Trench, Sylvia Trench."

"I admire your luck, Mister?..." "Bond, James Bond."

    Doesn't matter because Honey Rider and Domino's voices were dubbed too, heck even George Lazenby's voice was dubbed and he's not even a Bond girl!
