  I live in the U.S., and have sent money to Europe via Paypal, and experienced no problems whatsoever. All you have to do use a currency converter (which is part of the process, if I remember right). You should be just fine.

  well, the paypal fees including the conversion will be huge that way.
  
  I am doing many payments with bank cheque in US$ from my bank here in Germany.
  So, the recipient receives a cheque from my bank (not a personal cheque from me) in US$ and can get it cashed in the US. Cost: EUR 17-35 for every transaction, which is reasonable imho.

  thanks guys for your help.ill use PayPal to send the money this is my first account that I’ve got now and had it for a few months just I’ve heard story’s when you send or receive money that limit your account thanks

  The other reason why I’m using PayPal is that the security is attractive in the sense and plus people can’t say that haven’t received payment or get lost in the post etc and its instant 8-)
