Every-time I see one of these for sale, my heart momently sinks as I remember my childhood days of playing with my Corgi Aston Martin DB5 in the sandpit, throwing it down the stairs, smashing it head on into my father's freshly painted skirting board. I can now see it sitting there, in the scuffed, dented Family Choice biscuit tin that passed as my car collection garage, looking all forlorn, and very sorry for itself. The roof missing, the bullet proof shield permanently revealing itself, the little man long lost and the paint-work scratched and faded.
Actually it looked like Daniel Craig had just taken it for a little spin around the Italian lakes!

It's amazing how similar our memories can be. I remember a quiet Sunday afternoon watching Charade with the family on T.V. while playing with my Corgi Aston Martin. Mine had cracked the front bumper on the right side. What fun I had using my imagination.
