New comer here. I've recently been spending a rather large number of hours (my boss would say unproductive hours) watching all of the Bond Experience videos on YouTube and from there was directed over here.
Born in London I'm now living in Sydney, Australia but am keen to go back home soon.
If you hadn't guessed from the user name I'm a big Steve McQueen fan and have had the privilege of spending a lot of time in the company of those who knew him. I'm also a big fan of Mr Craig and very much enjoy the parallels of the two. I hope they choose him to play McQueen in the often talked about biopic as I do think he's the best person for it.
I must admit to coming in to the Bond franchise a bit late, although I have always really enjoyed watching the films growing up, its only in the last couple of years I've had what my wife would call an obsession.
Look forward to chatting with you all in the forums.
Hello Daniel, we share a similar taste in actors, good to meet you.
It was either that.....or the priesthood

Lovely too see new members here.
I live in NZ but I spent 3 years of my childhood in Australia, The central Coast in NSW and also a year in Darwin. Great country.
Hope you fit in nicely.

Hi everyone, apologies for my long absences over the past few years (life has a habit of taking over) as I've been busy with raising my two daughters - now 7 & 6 years old, full time work, and my side business that I have going on with my twin-brother, producing and selling independent comic books.
Whilst I haven't contributed to many discussions for a while, I do visit the site without signing in to see what's happening (the Autograph Collecting Thread is a particular favourite).
I'm still living in Australia, and my long-awaited trip back to London has been put on hold for another (many) years, as the family wants to visit Honolulu next year.

I'm new to this community. I seem to recognise a few names etc from another forum that I frequent, namely MI6 (I'm shark_0f_largo).
I've been a fan of James Bond for as long as I can remember; ever since I first saw Moonraker on the tv back in the 80's. After reading Mark O'Connell's "Catching Bullets....." book, i found it amazing how much his love of James Bond mirrors mine in parts. As for the fiction side, I'll be honest I've (still) not read many but that is something I aim to change.
Hopefully I can contribute to the community and I look forward to chatting with some of you in the future.
