This may rightly belong under Events and Screenings (moderator, please move as appropriate) but as I'll be linking to photos mostly of props and wardrobe that are of interest to collectors, replicators, et al, this seems like the right forum for now.
Starting last weekend, there is now a small collection of original props (including one of the Golden Guns) and wardrobe on loan from EON to the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California [USC] in Los Angeles.
Please follow this link to see my photos on Flickr.
This is quite a small exhibit (fifty or so pieces) and not worth making a huge effort to see (I know fans on the East Coast who are debating flying out) but if you are going to be in LA for any reason anyway, it is definitely worth a visit -- even if these bits might already be familiar to you -- if only because the space is well-lit, quiet, and all the other things that the big, commercial exhibitions over the years have never been.
Though the 007 retrospective to which the display was tied is over, the exhibit remains in place through February of 2010 in the lobby of the George Lucas Building.

Sorry if I read into this....
Been there, done that, have the attorney bills to prove it.
That said, let's try to stay on-topic ...
Here's the article I wrote about the exhibit and festival for USC's newspaper: http://dailytrojan.com/2009/11/05/bond-never-dies-festival-examines-a-cultural-icon/
I just got a new camera, so I'll post my pictures of the exhibit as well soon.
Is there a Russian crest or a diamond on the top of the egg?
Thanks allot
