OHMSS Questions

Three questions:
1. Blofeld's desk at Piz Gloria (I noticed this when Savalas is talking to Diana Rigg) isn't it the same prop as M's desk?
2. On the back of my DVD case there is a picture of a rather attractive blonde girl in a red dress sitting among a host of straw bales. Exactly who is she and what relevance does she have for OHMSS?
3. At the climax, Bond shoots one of SPECTRE's guards and says "I don't like guns!" I'm certain it's George Baker's voice! Is it?

3) Yes it is Baker, it's supposed to look back and laugh and Sir Hilary Bray's ninnyish persona (Bond says he doesn't like guns when he's first at Piz Gloria in his guise).

There is another scene in ohmss where one of Draco's men grabs a spectre guard by his arms l have seen this in photos but not in the film has anybody seen this picture.Also on the front cover of the dvd/video there is a scene of one of draco's helicopters with smoke pouring out of it.
