It'd be best if we waited to find out what the film was about before we chose a title. If the villian is a doctor named "No," then maybe "Dr. No" would be appropriate; if he carries a golden gun then "The Man with the Golden Gun."

But if we're just looking for a generic Bond title, how 'bout: "Shaken, Not Stirred."

What about 'You Asked for It'? It was the original title for the US paperback version of Casino Royale.

Without knowing what the story involves, it's hard to say. Although I suppose that many of Fleming's titles didn't necessarily bear any real relationship to the story itself.

Some axed titles for Moonraker might be the ticket:

Mondays are Hell, The Infernal Machine, The Inhuman Element, Wide of the Mark, Hell is Here, and Too Hot to Handle.

There might be a reson why they didn't use them ....:v

    I have another idea:

    The Ice Kiss

The title suggests emotional cold. Perhaps it should be: The Kiss of Ice ?

Daniel Craig stars as James Bond in Mondays are Hell: the first James Bond film in which MI6's endless stacks of paperwork are the true adversary of 007... :D

That aside, I do hope that they adapt the plot of Moonraker (novel) for Bond 23-D. It would be a great step in re-establishing the good ol' nefarous schemes and gargantuan setpieces that we all love about the Bond movies.

(P.S. Inhuman Element sounds kinda cool to me.)

    Wonderful! I mentioned in another thread that I'd like to see a re-do of Diamonds are Forever with much of the story centered around the giant Canadian diamond mine. The nice thing about Kiss of Ice is that it suggests both diamonds and Canadian weather....plus emotional coldness, of course. -{

No offense, but it reminds me too much of one of Schwarenzegger's groan-worthy lines as Mr. Freeze in the excerable Batman and Robin: "Kiss my ice!"

Luckily, I've managed to avoid that film...with the exception of a few moments viewing on cable, which made be very glad I managed to avoid that film. :)

I don't think that terrible line in that terrible movie in any way disqualifies "The ice kiss" as a Bond title.
My deepest sympathies for having seen "Batman and Robin" :#

I think that if this is going to be Craigs last one and I dont know why but I think it might although I hope not, out of the 3 remaining fleming titles i would love them to use The Hildebrand Rarity,no Moneypenny or Q.kill of M[Dame Judis version] and a great underwater scene.

Or...with a slight twist: Fire and Ice

Pat Benatar could sing the theme song. :)

Wasn't "Fire and ice" the planned title for DAD? 8-)
The Ice Kiss also sounds less like a standard action movie and also has a hint of sex ...

Like I have pointed out before, this isn't a Flemming title thread. But since it tecknically isn't Flemming (It's from a quote used in Goldfinger):

    Love is Fire

.. and here is one I think i came up with myself:

    Tears from a Stone
