Not sure on the limit numbers, but yes it is official.

I'm not a big fan of merchandised items, except if it's the replica of the exact item used in the movie. When would these haven been used in QoS?

I seriously doubt the 'limited to 100'. It's a standard coctail giftset with QoS printed on it at request. So it's both official and bogus

However, prices have dropped and I recommend not paying more than £80 - £100,- .

A few of these sets appeared on ebay just before QoS premiered - the first couple made about £180, the cheapest sold for about £120 - I nearly bought one. Now they are for sale here for a few quid less !
