I do. I have a towering bookshelf of Bond and Bond related books and magazines. Please show us more of your collection. I'd love to see it and I'm sure others would as well. I don't have Christopher Wood firsts though, just a few paperback versions. That's why I think your Wood firsts are so cool. Movie treatment firsts, just too cool for school!

    Hi Kan
Especially love the C.Woods. Hard to come by these in top condition liike yours. The proofs and Thai edition art is great too. Thanks for sharing pics. I have many of the Fleming 1st, Amis, Gardner and Bensons. Like DG, I love the movie tie-in editions
also. I also have the bible designed to be read as literature, the book that the real Mrs James Bond wrote describing Fleming "stealing" her husband's name, others like Scarne on Cards, Boutells Heraldry, etc. Does anyone collect these associated books too?

    Happy NY. Regards, Sid

Thanks for sharing the pic's. I collect Bond books too. The Fleming books, continuation novels, really any bond related books. I've only been doing it for a few years but have quickly accumulated quite a collection. I don't know that I have a lot of rare books but I do enjoy collecting them. I love going to used book stores looking for bond novels.

When I first started out, I used to go to the used book stores too. It was a lot of fun - hunting for those Signet paperbacks, the MJF classic edition, the Gardner's and Benson's Bond books. I now seems to have everything I could find at those used book stores and with very little room left to spare so have not been going shopping anymore.

I am quickly reaching that point too, but I still enjoy looking. Every once in a while I come across something new.

Very very nice, thank you for posting! I love the Christopher Wood novels but never even bothered to think that there were even any hardbound editions and assumed the paperbacks were "quickie" published for the supermarket aisles, as it's usually done for novelizations. Of course, these weren't mere adaptations.

Not only were the Wood books given the full, UK hardback first edition treatment, they are both uniform in size with all the Cape Flemings and Colonel Sun. No continuation novel has been similarly uniform since.

And, IMO, Wood's James Bond, The Spy Who Loved Me is the best of all the continuation novels.
