I Think #31 is the Glastron speedboat control panel from Moonraker when Jaws and other Drax henchmen chase
Bond. if i recall right there were 3 switches for the mines, hardtop ejector (which releases the Hang-glider) and....torpedos ?:)

GM you're right! It's a Sony WalkieTalkie from TMWTGG, but not at the Thai boxing arena. This scene is straight after Scaramanga has taken off with flying matador and agent Goodnight tries to contact Bond with her WalkieTalkie.
But Bond's WalkieTalkie lies on the AMC hornets front seat.
