And what about the clock in Goldfinger with the spy hole in it on the plane? I'm sure that you also get to see that one in Thunderball when Bond is on the rack. There's a close-up of it to show the passing of time before Count Lippe turns the speed up on the machine.

FYI chicken, the GE door lock is totally different from the door lock in TND.

its just a keypad, nothing more than an easily obtainable part.

The famous Attache' case appears in 3 films.

    FRWL....obviously
    Goldfinger.....on Q's table when Bond visits Q-Branch
    Die Another Day....Q's lab

The AR-7 appears in both FRWL and Goldfinger

Not to mention the numerous times we see the Aston Martin

Minigeff i am talking about the keypad i wouldn't say that obtainable, and why would they use the same one as in goldeneye hundereds of keypads to choose from. Because only people like us would notice it and they thought no-one would notice the same thing being used

maybe (and this is a guess) but the same keypad is probably used because its a known item and easy to find and work with.

ok, so its the same keypad, but its not an entire prop. think of all the ak47's you've seen in a bond film, or the ppk's, or aston martins, or bollinger bottles, or caviar tins, casino chips, playing cards, vodka martini's, m16's, omega and rolex watches.

the list goes on and on. but what does it really matter? :s

It doesn't i was just making a point, that i observed and found the same thing twice!

    oh right ok.

well i guess its not the first time that an item of some description has been used more than once in bond, and it certainly wont be the last.

various items are re-used for all kinds of reasons, so i'm sure if you keep them sharp little eyes open, you'll be sure to see some more.

Just a tgt gentlemen, but are these pads really the same?...

I mean, the first is in a Russian factory....

The second in a German newspaper....

Wouldn't the non-numeric keys be in different script?...

usually they'd get details like that right though, especially if the camera was gonna be close.

AR-7 was used in FRWL, Goldfinger...and in the glovebox in OHMSS.
Speaking of OHMSS, we see the Honey knife, the Grant watch, and the T/Ball rebreather in the "resignation/desk cleanout" sequence.
How about recylced henchmen? The two in the precredits sequence in DAF (one w/sideburns who also appears in the Avengers), and a stocky chap (Terence Montain?) both appear in OHMSS. Sideburns is a SPECTRE ape on Piz Gloria and Mountain appears as one of Draco's men.
Can anyone confirm one of Sutherland's contacts- he rode in a taxi with the man, and then,as the man exited the cab, he was arrested- this man was also a hood in Goldfinger?(Eye of the Needle)
    Cheers!
