  It doesn't have any. It was based on a song called Mr Biswas written by Norman years earlier for a musical, and that did have lyrics - that have no bearing on Bond.

  Close. The musical Norman was working on was actually called A House For Mr Biswas, and the song concerned was entitled Bad Sign, Good Sign. The lyrics were by his frequent collaborator, Julian More.
