  The one you've linked to is just a souvenir brochure available at cinemas at the time of the release of Moonraker. The actual premiere brochure had a silver cover with a pic of Roger in his spacesuit on it.

  Yes, I have the same Moonraker program book that I got at the cinema during the initial release. They are not hard to find and that price seems a little steep.
