Er, as a part time body builder I feel I must say - workout programmes are tailored to the individual who is doing the workout, not the actor / celeb / person who ends up on the telly or in films that is famous for doing it! Not to mention film stars have an army of support to monitor their dietary intake and lifestyle not just the exercise. Most of us cannot afford that.

I strongly recommend you check with your Doctor first, then find a good quality gym. Most gyms will have qualified personal trainers, who will be able to advise the best training programme based on what kind of build and fitness you have and are ultimately looking for, versus your current endurance and health.

Needless to say, your eating habits will have a major impact on all of this too.
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

As Thunderbird2 said, any training programme & dietary requirements are based around the individual and it's best to work something out which suits you rather than Daniel Craig.

May I recommend my friends who are personal trainers:
