Bond prop - part tres'

Here are a few bits that might be of interest to the Board....

From "Octopussy" - knives, spider and leaches....The cut-down knife was one that either pinned Bond to the barn door or would have stuck out of a clowns back!

From the Dalton Bond films....Aston missle from TLD and Kenworth badge removed from the HERO heavy truck from LTK. I once had lunch with the great director, John Glenn, he related pricelss stories of the shoot in Mexico...including the "Diablo Hand of Fire" !

Non Bond but the old Nikon was already out....

From another spy film - Bridget Fonda's HERO pistol from "Point of No Return"

I thought I would post this pic too......It was purchased with the same lot as the "Octopussy" HERO knives....I really don't know what to make with these 4 blades?

You will notice they were not taken very good care of but besides that: 1) is a model that has a retractable custom blade. It is made of a lightweight metal and the handle is made out of wood but is fairly light overall. 2) It is made of a a heavier "knife material" but features several holes in the cut-down blade. Perhaps attached to a "rig" of somesort. 3) Cut-down knife and features 2 "prongs" ...perhaps stuck in a wood wall/door. 4) made of resin and painted to simulate a knife.

Does the Board think they might have had something to do with "Octopussy" ...perhaps all the twins knives were NOT identical ???

    Cheers.
