  I assume you mean the scene when Bond delivers Mr White in Italy? DC actually does this sequence in hiking boots as can be seen from the shots accompanying this article:

  The change of shoe was done in Casino Royale as well. The actor wears something more manageable to move in and with for the stunt scenes. If you notice, the pics in this thread are stunt scene behind the scene photos. Craig is jumping off of a roof, onto a bus...etc.
  
  In Casino Royale, look at the airport scene when he climbs on to the tanker. He's wearing some sort of New Balance trainer. I remember there was a thread on that a couple of years ago when the film came out.
  
  Of course the movie viewer is lead to believe that the entire chase scenes are done completely in a pair of John Lobb's or Church's...whatever he was wearing when the scene started. It's just not practical to film in them though.

  Looks like the Adidas GSG-9.2 in the jumping shot. The lugs really show up in that pic. Looks like a flatter soled low or mid trainer on the bus though.
