  This sounds like Goldfinger, but Bond was not the opponent in that game. In the scene, Bond intuits that Goldfinger has a reason for always sitting where he does in his games against Mr. Simmons, and he discovers that in the building behind Simmons a pretty girl named Jill Masterson is using binoculars to look at Simmons's cards and radioing the information to Goldfinger. Since the audience doesn't really get to see the hands that are played by the two men--and since Jill is dozens of yards away and in a building--I'm not sure how you'll recreate the scene; but good luck!

  I'm not a bridge player, but I don't think Goldfinger and Mr. Simmons are playing bridge-in the novel it's canasta (and Mr. Simmons is Mr. Du Pont) but from memory I think it's rummy in the film.
  
  There's a memorable bridge game in the novel Moonraker where Bond beats Drax with a rigged hand, quoting Culbertson; full details are given.

  Might I add that the bridge game in the novel Moonraker is to me one of the most exciting scenes ever written, so if you do get around to re-creating that I for one would love to hear about it!
