Ultimate james bond dossier by Eidos

Picked this up for 1 pound in box in charity shop was bargain. Also 007 scene it game for 4 pounds quite some treasure.
Unfortunately seems quite difficult to play cd-rom it says only work with windows 95/3.1 but my friend has it on his laptop. i was wondering if there was a way to get tound to it playing on xp or vista, any help appreciated in this matter..
