Khakis in QOS

I apologize if this question has already been addressed, I am new to this forum.

Who makes the khaki trousers that DC wears when he is at Mathis' villa. Are they tom ford like the rest of his outfit?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Hi, they are Levis Sta Prest.

    UpyJedi,
There is no way he is wearing white jeans at Mathis' villa. The pants are definitely not cut like jeans and they are definitely not white, they are khaki.

If you go back and look at the scene you will see what I mean.

There is a Costume Card scan somewhere, I forgot where it is on the forum, but you can have an idea of the color but mostly of the fabric, which I was surprised to see.

Not you Mantis, obviously, I know you already have the pants. #1 fan of your videos ;)

A word of caution on the Mathis scene staprest...everyone kept telling me they are true to size..true to size..not like the whiter ones..so i ordered true to size and now I have a pair of $160 pants that look like clown pants on me which I would never wear in public. You can see how bad they fit me in the Frugal Bond podcast. So please...BEWARE!

I've ordered a pair of the darker Levi's from British Empire, it's not clear whether they're the 306 or the 307 version so I've mailed them to enquire.

When you look at the photos the look correct but the product numbers contradict that.

p.s. if you buy the 307's they are true to size.

Mantis, just get your Levi's altered it's a simple job a tailor can do.

What's the difference between 306s and 307s? Are both rare, or only 306?

307's are the current version and have slash front pockets & button style pockets at the rear & the material is slightly softer.

Is it a good indication of the model (306 vs 307) if the Levi's logo is on the right pocket instead of under the belt? Would that be the 306 or is this not a good indication?

From the movie captures it doesn't seem to be anywhere..

And what about the fabric? Is it 50 coton 50 polyester?

The 306 has the black label near the right rear pocket, the 307 is under the belt on the right.

You can see the label in this screenshot:

Interestingly - or not - Craig loses a belt and gains a label as this piece of action develops.... :007)

    Hey guys,
I cam across this site after browsing styleforum. They have there own Beige Sta Prest, that look similar to the levis. They are on avaliable in one size right now but I am going to email them to see when they will have more in.

Let me know what you think of the pants.
