Bond and BMW's

I'm a fan from James Bond and I'm a fan from BMW's. Now I'm wondering, which BMW and in which scale they are, with box from James Bond that where only sold through the BMW dealer.
I know from the BMW Z8 that they were sold in 1:87, 1:43, 1:18 & 1:12.
I know from the BMW Z3 that there were two different boxes sold in 1:87.
I also know from a set of the Z3, 750iL & the Z8 in one box in 1:87.
The 1:87 scale are from Herpa.
The 1:43 scale is from Minichamps.
The 1:18 & 1:12 are from Kyosho.
But those anybody know more of these 3 BMW's in dealer box?
And what about the BMW R1200 motorcycle that was used in TND?

The 750iL is 1:24 and the bike is 1:18.
The James Bond Car Collection magazine has all of these except the bike in 1:43. I bought one to give away as a raffle prize and they're decent enough if you get them for the going rate on Ebay ($10ish).

The Herpa Z3 was available in three different plastic boxes, this seller has two of them:

There are two variations of this box design: the earlier (as pictured) had the plane smaller and closer to the ground; later a slightly different photo was used, with the plane larger and higher so it would not be obscured from the car. The outer cardboard box is the same for these two.
I have all the 1:87 models and also the BMW Z8 in 1:43. So now I have to look for the bigger models. I'm looking at ebay and look now for some reasanoble prices.
Now I'm wondering how much is made from each model. Does anybody has an idea where to look for this question.
