Y-3 Medium for Small Swap?

I tracked down an original Y-3 jacket in a medium, and (long arms aside), it's slightly too big for me. Before I approach a tailor to have it altered, does anyone have one in small who is looking for something a little larger, and be willing to to a direct swap? It is brand new, with tags. Cheers for looking.
