I am new here, and would like to know if anyone has a Golden Gun replica (SD Studios)for sale, but at a reasonable price? Also, does anyone know if a Golden gun will ever be re-released?

Hi guys thx for the answers, yes I have already seen the one on Ebay, and this is why I wanted to ask around here.. .the price is crazy...

Also I read about the new golden gun re-edition from Factoryent but as some said only god knows if or when they gonna build it... even if it says on their Site mid-2010.

well, i think they shot the bolt way too early by announcing it so early. i really hope it actually makes it into production, but i remember the last time a golden gun appeared after much hype and publicity, a rather embarresing state of affairs.

good luck to FE, i'm saving my pennies as we speak, just in case it turns out to be ronseal.

Well spotted - whilst it hasn't finished yet, the starting price is noticeably lower than the ones I've seen over the last few years, which have been going for £2K +.
The new and highly anticipated Golden Gun from Factory Replicas is clearly having an effect on the price of the SD Studio ones 8-)

Also that is about the third one I have seen in the last couple of months. I didnt think they came up that regularly, so wondered if that was something to do with the pending FE version?

Or just plain old coincidence...

I think it's plaint old coincidence to be fair. I probably would have a go at this one if i didnt already have two (+ if it wasn't in the US) - having had UK customs open perfectly innocent packages when they are coming from the EU, I would be wary of trying to import it...

Also, I think there could be problems with importing the factory replicas version into the UK - as their office is based in the US

And another thing - we have to bear in mind that the prices that were being realised for the SD studios stuff will be bound to take a hit what with the "recession" and all

Still, I reckon its not too bad a cost for what it is
