If you think that, then you have no idea how a forum works and what work it needs. As a forum owner you are open to law suits just from what another person may quote or write. Have damaging spam posted hourly, and have to deal with people posting copyright or banned images constantly. Its a very risky business opening a public forum and it needs constant moderating.

Public opinion is not conformist, it is the opinion of the majority. Calling it conformist is daft and makes you look like you don't understand anything.
