James Bond Walther Briefcase, Video and Replica P99

Hi there, first time poster, but, if you forgive me, it's for a good reason, I'm trying to find out some information regarding an item I have in my collection. As it was bought as a christmas present by an ex, I don't know much about it, but,now the ex has gone and the bills need to be paid. It's a Walther briefcase lined with foam, inside the case are a video copy of the documentary "the world is of 007" hosted by Desmond LLewellyn, and a replca of the p99 from tomorrow never dies. Can any one shed any light on it or how much it's worth, I am interested in selling it. Anyone can email me, or even give me a ring on 07725160285.

Cheers and here's hoping for some great info.

Neil

Hi Mantis, yes that was me, but, I didn't read the bit about pellet guns not being sold on ebay, so I was taken off.

    Thanks

I saw these new in the UK at the Cinema Store in 1997. I *think* 49£ at that time. In my opinion, what makes this unique is the replica gun and the case, as the VHS is obsolete. An items worth is only as good as what people are willing to pay for it.

Instead of focusing on perceived value---what would you be willing to sell it for, and go from there.

Cinema Store, Upper St Martin's Lane, London. Nice item, but as mentioned, the gun appeared, at least in the case, to be the same as the WICKE cap guns sold for 4.99£ on a cardstock. Good luck finding a home for it.

They were quite readily available during 98-99. Retailed for £39.99. The airsoft included in it was reasonably accurate and was the gun that was used in the beginnng of the stairwell fight (where it was chopped from Bonds hand) in Casino Royale. You can see it in the Bond on set book at the bottom of the stairwell.
