  It's not an Omega...I think its a Longines Chrono.

  There was a booklet from Omega at the time (supplied in a tin box with a pack of CR playing cards) that shows the dealer and all the players of the poker game. Although in some photos the watches are not clearly visible, I doubt that any other brand would be shown, even partly obscured, in an Omega brochure. Unfortunately no reference is given as to which model each player is wearing.

  Mads Mikkelsen, as Le Chiffre, wears a Longines Evidenza Chronograph, steel bracelet, black dial, black subdials and Arabian numerals in the Bond movie Casino Royale.
  
  The watch can be seen during the thrilling poker game in the film, most clearly in Chapter 20 of the dvd. Most players at the poker table wear Omega, the brand that provides James Bond with his watches since 1995, but Bond villain Le Chiffre wears this Longines, maybe because Omega doens't want the bad guys don't wear their watches.
  
  The Longines Evidenza as seen in the movie has a steel bracelet and three black subdials as pictured on the left, but Arabic numerals in stead of the Roman numerals

  I'll have to watch some of the poker scenes again to make sure but I believe the dealer was wearing some sort of an Omega Speedmaster. For some reason the color red is coming to mind. Perhaps that was the Michael Schumacher version...which I don't believe they make anymore. Still, pretty sure it's a Speedy of some kind.
