I am really sorry I had subject myself to the opinions of this philistine. This "person" who wrote an article about the current status of James Bond films. Really this article was just embarrassing even for people who write for "Joe-Six Pack" entertainment magazines: Anonymous testimony of what is occuring behind the scenes, vitrually ignoring Spyglass Entertainment's possible acquisition of MGM, and recycling quotes from Micheal G. Wilson and Barbra Brocolli from 2006. To fill up some space, literally, he posted his little opinions on the series and as usual, it's all the predicatble choices: Goldfinger is the best Bond, Lazenby deserved another film ( An on-going trend before you actually start giving the dolt credibility), Dalton was Anti-Christ who nearly ruined the series, Pierce Brosnan merely being a transition to Daniel Craig. Now I am fan of Daniel Craig but this ass-kissing is just too much. Even I, the biggest Pierce-Bond hater on planet, felt the poor man was shafted. He should given some credit for keeping the series afloat while better things came along. Also you got to love this guides articulate vocabulary, describing Moonraker as a "turd". I really don't understand why people bother reading entertainment articles, correction, BUYING these magazines with these vacant articles. I have seen some free stuff that happens to be rather insightful and at times precocious from honest-to-god teenagers. THIS is what gets published ? The expense for ink and paper is precious to these companies; Shouldn't the people they commission to write be held at hire standards ?
