Need to get the Scaramanga 'look' - Help Required

Right guys - it's my 40th birthday in December and my wife has organised me a surprise party. Whilst she's remaining tight-lipped about the theme, I think it's pretty obvious it's going to be Bond related.
Rather than go as Bond, and because I'll be getting my FE golden gun delivered next month, I thought it would be better to go as Scaramanga. I can source a white/cream suit easily enough from eBay, along with gold watch, cufflinks, shoes etc, and I'll grey my hair a little but to top it off, I'd like to get the 'third nipple'.
Anyone know if it's possible to get one of these?

Just type "fake nipple" or "silicone nipple" on the search field and you'll find a lots of stuff.
I don't know if it's good idea, but i'd might go for tattoo studio to make a temporary henna tattoo as third papilla, but
then again the quality depends on the artists skill level.

I didn't look there, but did a google search and it came up with loads of sites about breast feeding - best to be avoided when in the office!
