Please can someone help.

When did the above Stop being produced for the Bond films? Which was the last film they were made for?

    In the black and white United Artists format (traditional), I can't recall seeing ones for TLD onwards onwards as they went onto the press packs including stills & 35mm slides. Colour cover pressbooks in A4 size were made for TLD & LTK (campaign books). Goldeneye was a presspack with stills and slides. Different versions of the pack were available in the US and UK.

    So they stopped at AVTAK.

    US Press packs were an entirely different kettle of fish as these were available as well as the press books in a folder-ed format with stills and slides from Spy to (I think) TWINE, before being superceded.

    Campaign books are UK animals, are they not? Or are you saying there is a colour version of the above, renamed, for the US market?
