  Looks like I've answered my own question, there were 5007 copies of the limited edition pens, 3007 of the pocket lighters, 707 of the table lighters and 107 of the 7 piece sets (with matching serial numbers across each of the 7 pieces, nice!!).

  Check out this ST Dupont James Bond Seduction case - never seen one up for sale on any of the auction sites.
  
  Was available at same time as your 7 piece set came out in 2004. ST Dupont only made limited numbers to order. Retailed at 13,000 GBP. The case features a champagne bottle, an Ercuis champagne cooler and caviar set, two baccarat champagne flutes, a vase, a Sony MP3 player with speakers and a S. T. Dupont lighter. The actual case is designed to resemble a sniper rifle’s case and is covered in leather.

  I own a pair of the ST Dupont ingot cufflinks which I prefer tyhe the bullet ones and have just ordered a 7 piece set from the states, so it's not in my grubby mits yet, but I'm very much looking forward to receiving it.
  
  This stuff isn't cheap but the quality is superb and as they cross several collecting groups everything seems to hold it's price and despite the markets being crushed, actually gain in most areas, downside is the fake market which makes ensuring you're buying originals a nightmare!
