    I've seen that before. Congratulations on obtaining it. At the bottom is one of the knives that was fabbed up to replace the missing knives in Desmond Llewelyn's original Bond attache case. A Great piece to have. Enjoy it!

    I've thrown some knives... :v

    Really, almost any knife can be thrown and will stick, although a double edged knife is less than ideal for a thrower.
    Given the short length a handle throw would work better than a blade throw anyway.

    I study Filipino martial arts (among other things). Those guys are wicked scary with a knife.
    I would never throw a knife in an actual conflict, you're just giving the guy a knife to use against you.
    Having said that I'd love to see Bond do it in a flick.
