That's true for example from Goldfinger golf scene,

Goldfinger: " I'll stake the cash equivalent."
    Bond: "Naturally." :007)

I wondered how long it would be before that particular can of worms was opened :))

Both are close, the first gen is like the one Q issues to Bond, the second gen is closer to the shark pool/ under water fight one.

There is detail on the center part missing on both, and S.D. didnt use vintage sparklets like Burt Luxford did.

I love the machined cigar tube of the prototype. Not SA, but oh so cool! A great mini collection in it's own right. Enjoy it in good health.

Love them… But it is a pity that the middle is NOT accurate to TB…

Here some pic from the movie…

Anybody knows which was shown in OHMSS ?

Someday we have to make a 100% accurate one that actually works….

I think they are both seen in OHMSS but Bond only picks one up.

I would like to see an SA one made, on both versions :s

Pete, I did do a rough SA design of the Pinder Shop hero version, inc the small holes, and sent it to Russ. He said he could do it, but it 's all gone very quiet from him.

It is weird that S.D. didn't include the centre piece detail, as his blueprint had it :D

There seems to have been two different rebreathers in Thunderball. One is used on the Pinder set, the other on location. You are also right that both can be seen in the OHMSS Bond office seen in the draw and on the desk. Bond even grabs both. I think Ed has all the inside dope about how they were made. I know one was made using sparklet CO2 cyllinders.

There is a fellow that made a very accurate Pinder set re-breather. I don't know if he's still making them but I have one in my collection.

Very nice DG, no pics :#, the most acurate at this time, that I have seen is the 2nd Gen S.D., if he had used the vintage sparklets, it would have been closer and if he had gone ahead with what is on his blueprint it would have been spot on.
