Bond 23 name

What should the name be? Risico, a propety of a lady?

Too subtle. The "masses" wouldn't have a clue. It was bad enough that Quantum of Solace was explained before, during and after every piece of publicity.

Property of a Lady would be nice, if they make a woman CEO of Quantum....
Female villains in Bond movies...Love it.

I like "Property of a Lady", "Risico" and "A Whisper of Hate" a lot. The idea of letting Galla Brandt lead QUANTUM and calling the movie "Property of a Lady" sounds great!

I always viewed the use of the title of "Property of a Lady" as referring to Her Majesty, and not the villian...implying that Bond was now truly dedicated to Queen and Country, and not the independed rogue that he has been characterized in the last couple of films. Besides, any female who runs Quantum I would not consider a 'lady'. ;)

Yes, that's the traditional view. But is DC's Bond anyone's property? The other idea is more interesting and fresh, in my opinion.

I think it works either way, which makes it a good potential title, IMO. TPOAL...hmm...

Well, "Property of a lady" certainly sounds like a Bond-title, taking the past movie-titles into account, no?

I'd rather have "Risico" as the next film title. It suits Craig's Bond a whole lot more than TPOAL.

They both fit the Craig era double-O's through the title.

I strongly favour the Flemming titles, but failing that I got an idea the other day:

    A Kiss Away

    or

    A Kiss Away from Death

    What do you think?

The Undertaker's wind. If the opium smuggling is the story, it could be a good one IMO.

I'd like a simple, one-word title such as "Killshot" or "Shatterhand". Reminds me of the old days of "Goldfinger" and "Thunderball".
"Felix Leiter, a brother from Langley."

    Shatterhand will be good, indeed. -{

    Shatterhand sounds nice.

Shatterhand would be a top choice, IMO. I wouldn't mind The Death Collector either, if that's the direction they go....but something tells me #23 won't be that storyline. Just a feeling, for what it's worth.

"The Death Collector" could possibly be used on a story where the literary Red Grant is used. you know; Grant being a serial killer.

True...but I was thinking along the lines of "Shatterhand," since "The Death Collector" is a chapter title in YOLT. Either title would work if somebody ever has the stones to do the Garden of Death :007)

How about "Yesterday Dies When Tomorrow Comes" or "The Golden View of Diamond Eyes"?

Its got to be a Fleming title, so Property of A Lady for me. If people can't get their head round it...tough !

According to a twitter from a CNN reporter who interviewed Craig, he knows the title. He just won`t say what it is.

I also read there will be a two-week rehersal period for the actors. This is all good news.

I hope it's a good one. I think there's a reason Risisisisico or Property of Lady haven't been used. They aren't great titles. No need to force some goofy Fleming title just because.

Yeah. I can just see a ton of American guys goofing around about The Property of A Lady being virginity or certain unmentionables. Risico is decent, but it has to be explained for most.

I agree, neither are going to slip right into the poster without questions and pokes of fun.

I think that "The Property of a Lady" would work great. Especially if they used something like M's assassination as the drive behind the plot.

Like kill M? Or do you mean a mission that is personally handled by M due to its importance at MI6? I should hope no one tries killing Judi Dench!
