    I don't think that was the case. I think it had more to do with self promotion about the pending so called Tag-Heuer discovery that had been discovered years before by Bondtoys.

    I know a lot of people on the various watch forums were speculating about the Rolex because of that blog, but it was pure self promotion.

    Well, a lot of people attend Basel every year, and he is the only one to my knowledge that mentioned this. Unless of course I missed something.

    I am no expert on Eon's business, however I would have thought that the relationship between Omega / Swatch group and the Bond franchise is pretty tight and mutually beneficial. The wording in that article seems vague at best.
