Virgin Atlantic goes all Bond

Two years after the last Bond film, possibly two more years to go, everything quiet and dreary in old Bond world (hence why I've not been about as much) with nothing making the news, but one company still knows it's cool to evoke the world of James Bond for it's latest advertising campaign...

Thanks for posting Moonie, nice advert, makes me long for the Bond credits of old, none of the recent credits have been all that interesting. I have never flown Virgin Atlantic, but do all their flight attendents look like the ones in the video. Personally I have been seeing far too many male flight attendents lately for my liking.

I don't find this humorous. It feels too glossy and over-produced to be funny and yet it dosen't seem like a straight-faced interpratation of the recent Bond title.

    Love it! :D
I used to do a lot of flying with many different airlines in my previous career, at least six longhauls a month, and Virgin cabin crew/trolley dollies were always the hottest. :v

True. BA were my staple of choice long haul (except to Australia, on which route I go Qantas), but I flew Virgin Atlantic to Tokyo recently and I have to admit that yes, Barry, they all do pretty much look like they do in the ad... Virgin have in the recent past been criticised for it in the British press, as they're "obviously selective"!

(PS It is on British TV, saw it last night on E4 for the first time so obviously a new campaign)

Well, it's not hard to see where they got their inspiration from ;)

Nice Ad. Good to see a bit of glamour on our screens. Haven't seen it on TV yet though.

As for Virgin, I use them a lot when flying to the US. Excellent airline , apart from the ice cream, which is disgusting :))
