  I have never seen this tie or any similar to it in a T&A store. Can't say it is or isn't a T&A, not much info about this tie unfortunately.

  Away at Boot Camp, won't be back until April the earliest.

  The Bilbao tie is a Turnbull and Asser black herringbone tie.

  No it's different, the Castle tie has horizontal stripes with alternating colors.

  The Turnbull and Asser black herringbone tie that is for sale now has a finer pattern than the one used in the Bilbao scene. Does anyone know where I can get hold of the tie with the bigger herringbone pattern?

  T&A will only make that herringbone tie for you on request, generally with a minimum requirement of at least 2 or 3 ties ($150 each).
  
  The castle tie is definitely different. The herringbone tie does get worn in two scenes (Bilbao & Azeribaijan), but not in the castle scenes.
