Who do you think was the worst miss moneypenny? I think samantha Bond

No way Lois Maxwell would have stabbed EON in the back by appearing NSNA.
could she ever banter. "You never take me to dinner looking like that. You never take me dinner."
Bond: Moneypenney. A feast for my eyes.
Moneypenney: What about the rest of you?
When I read the novels, it is always the young Lois Maxwell I envision and always will. ;% :x
She might have. She was always griping that they didn't pay her enough money, and there was surely only one more film to go with Moore. She did ask Connery about it, maybe half jokingly, and he said they couldn't use the character - which was probably true at the time of asking.
Bliss was hardly in LTK!
Roger Moore 1927-2017
Louis Maxwell first with Samantha Bond (she had to have been chosen partly due to her name) a very close second.
In regard to the "bi-yatch" remark, I don't really agree. Her and Brosnan had a great scene. She was sassy just like Ms Maxwell but also satisfied the feminists by being "independent". You could really tell Bond and Brosnan (hehe) got on well.

It must have been sort of a joke. NSNA was pretty much Connery's middle fingle to EON so for Maxwell to appear it would have been kind of low.
I am sorry but that scene was awful. Here we have a brand new Moneypenny and then all of a sudden she's a PC-feminist. It really was annoying IMO.
She never slapped Bond or called him sexist in the blatant way M did. True, she did say about his behaviour "constituting as sexual harassement", but I got the impression it was in a cheeky way (i.e. she liked the flirtatious banter secretly).
Eh, she was a bitch.
But to do be fair, I hated the total opposite of what she became in Die Another Day. We all know "that" scene. Lord have mercy.
I agree. I thought most men could see through her PC barrier - she just took a bit more control rather than swooning pathetically over Bond. I got the impression she was just a tougher nut to crack, a little more of a challenge.

Lois Maxwell and Caroline Bliss were both great.
