That green thing is probably the most ugly piece of metal, which I have ever seen! It looks like it has been pulled out of the rear of a cow with grass diarrhea!! :))

For sure a highlight in the cabinet of horror of Asp9mm's :))

    Shoot out.

Excellent, anything you hate so much has to be cool. I know your preference would have been pink, (or fuschia) as you insisist on calling it 8-)

    Bondtoys?

Welcome back... you have been missed!

BTW: That "green" ASP looks kind of gold on my computer, gold would be neat.

Thank you guys for the warm welcome, but I have to disappoint you: My visit here was just to show Asp9mm some limits for his banter 8-) and to prove, that I am still alive.
Moonraker5 is still not willing to solve anything out with me and this makes it impossible to stay here longer.

DG: I am doing very good. Have you seen Dell Deaton recently accusing me (evil-doer :D) for having hacked a webpage, where he published his "definitve Seiko list". What a nonsense....

I have been in touch with Mark Mills directly and have the mentioned speadsheet.
Of course, DD is being very vague on very important details such as the Moonraker Seiko. But let's read what Mark Mills has to say:

"the M354-5010 and M354-5019 are the same case, and could be made in s/s or g/p, (The model number differentiates) different production lots could determine which number is used (5010/5019), but the watch would be the same. So the watch that JB had on could have been either."

So, the claim from DD, that the SFX003 (M354-5019) is the ONLY correct watch is proven being wrong but he continues saying this while knowing better.

So far with the honest "researcher" in him

You are very welcome to contact me over my webpage, but as said: Until M5 does not even discuss with me, what happened 1 year ago, this will be my last post here.

    Great, Seiko-talk. How I've missed that 8-)

It is quite funny accusing someone that can barely type their own name, of hacking.

Bout time you came back though Bondtoys, I miss your posts, they used to cure my insomnia almost immediately.

    Hey Bondtoys
It's about time you came back among friends who support you. As I complimented DG a long time ago, a compliment that equally applies to you, I much prefer a Bond expert to comment about Bond watches than a "watch expert" to comment about Bond watches.
    Rgds, S

ps besides I really miss the imaginative broadsides between ASP and yourself.

Well that so called Bond watch expert is not an expert in my book. Not an expert on Bond, not an expert on watches, and certainly not an expert on Bond watches. I guess way back when he decided that he was the Bond watch expert. Only problem was, that some of us knew more and had been chasing it longer. But he wanted to prove us wrong, so a lot of things have been manufactured by him to make himself look like a hero. No biggie. The real Bond guys and die hard watch guys know the deal. The general public may think otherwise. Can't be helped I suppose. If I wanted to know more about Bond Seikos and TAG Heuer's, I'd go to you first Bondtoys. It's about passion and you've got it in spades! Takes one to know one I suppose.

As for coming back, well I hope you'll change your mind. I don't want to get in the middle myself, but I will say I do miss your participation. It's about passion baby!

I don't have a copy of the pin, but I need a vector drawing too.

Interesting, Rusty Sherrick is a holster maker and makes a version of the now defunct Bern's-Martin Triple Draw holster.

There are only a handful in the States and made before the armourer became ill. I've not had much to do with the project for a number of years and the guy that did all of the work Sateside is in Afghanistan at the moment. If everything gets the OK though, there is someone else willing to put everything in motion and start it up again.

I sure hope they start this thing up again because the Asp2000 is one beautiful and interesting looking gu. It must come back to life. And it should be the one used in the new Bond film too.

I contacted Coal Creek and they are not making them- though they did say for the right price they would make one out of a Smith. But I expect that price to be about 4,000 USD when it all be said and done.
