My modest James Bond guns collection.

Hey,

since I'm pretty new around here I figured I'd post a few pics of my modest collection of Bond guns.

I'm still missing 'the' ultimate of them all, but since I want to get that one right, I'm taking my time.

Anyway here's what I have so far.

Walther Lp 53 with the correct black grips :

Spy Who Loved me (OHMSS) Sterling SMG deactivated to old UK specs:

Casino Royal 9mm PAK P99:

I need to get a CR suppressor for the PAK P99 and of course a Roger Moore Era deactivated PPK and then my collection will be complete.

Thanks for looking.

Now you need one with the dove tail to match "Bond's FRWL LP53"
The straight back is nice also.

That is why most of the time the cabinet is hidden behind a wall picture, the FRWL horizontal poster :D

    Thanks for the welcome .

Yes the Sterling SMG is my favourite of them all so far.

In fact I like it so much that I own two of them.
    hdpesterlings.jpg

But the other one I usually display with a real M19 scope and stuff as it's part of my SW collection.

As you can see the other one is a crisp finish and is deactivated to Uk new specs (not really my cup of tea).

For any European looking I highly recommand getting a Uk old specs one.

Other than that I really need a PPK first than we'll see about getting another Lp53.

    Ciao.

Great collection, I have a really nice ULM 1971 Walther PPK, got it from Worthing Guns, they used to supply Bapty for the Bond movies.

Well at price of 145 euros i wouldn't be expecting anything more and HDPE if you're
comparing this to original Sterling SMG L2A3 which retails (if available) over £350 pounds,
I would gladly take original out of your hands - lets say for 200 euros :v

If you can find Uk old specs Sterling SMG's or equivalent (by that I mean that can field strip, be cocked and dry fired) for £350
, please shoot me a link, I will buy another , because mine was more like in the £650 GBP range.

Nice collection. Is that the gun he turns in when he switches to the PPK in Dr No?

Edit, i guess not since it was made starting 1976. Beretta 418 was the Dr No gun.
  • jimmybondijimmybondi ShrublandsPosts: 328MI6 Agent
No 007 never used the 85 - I just prefer this model over the 418, because the 418 is just to girlie IMO. :D
