Merry Christmas Mr. Bond

A few christmas bond related items only the game and book were presents. The others were sort of xmas presents to myself just nice to have it all together at christmas time!

Am I right in assuming that this thread is about Bond related articles received over Christmas, if so then I'm in the right place, if not then, what did you get for Christmas this year that increased your Bond collection?

I did quite well this year, my wife went all covert and delved deep in to our world, trawling Bond sites and finding out what 'stuff' we are all talking about. This surprised me immensely as despite uncovering what we talk about on these sites she still wants to sleep with me!

This year, I lucked out. I got the Quantum Jacket, unfortunately not the $3000 Tom Ford but a tailored one from Magnoli which fits perfectly. I got the Casino Royale Sunspel Blue Polo shirt, the Church Ryder III boots from QoS and Blood Stone which in my personal opinion is feckin' awesome.

about 3 months ago, i asked someone to see if they could find me one of these on his travels. he never got back to me about it, so i assumed he had either forgetton, couldnt be arsed or just hadn't been able to source one.

then today i got this as my xmas present;

another item, courtesy of the lovely wife is the ultimate edition 22 film boxset.

great to see partners , wifes, family members , ...make the special effort and get out to get us some special treats .

as i treated myself to many nice items this year , i think there was nothing left over for Santa *

):( and i only collect original sixties memorabilia/merchandise, family members contributed to get me this one .

* sent him a letter earlier this year and asked if i could get the original Bond Aston Martin that went up for auction, but the red dressed bas***d replied to tell me he could not get it for me due to the global recession !!!!!
