However, due to licensing issues for the recording that they relayed to me via email, they cannot sell this item to anyone in the US, and likewise, BBC American and Canada do not have this for sale. Does anyone have a used copy that they'd like to sell? Or, maybe someone here in the US has a set they can loan? (of course, I'll pay for the postage
) I only need a copy long enough to download. Thanks!

I've read it twice so far. As with the original Fleming stories, I've discovered a totally new way of enjoying the books in a narrarated format. The only exception in which I've gone the audiobook route first, is with the Andrew Lycett bio of Ian Fleming; for whatever reason, I doubt I'll even read that particular book in its entirety, in order, which is why I got the audiobook version. For those interested, the Lycett audiobook is available for around $30, but an app version for the iPhone or iPod is only $10 from the iTunes Store. I have a couple audiobooks of the Higson novels digitally saved as well, but I haven't listened to those yet.
I've read it twice too, but a long time ago. We're talking late 70's and mid 80's. I agree, listening to the Fleming Bond novels in audibook format is fantastic. Great to listen to while driving.

Thanks for the germination of a new plot, Saint-Antoine! Audiogo is actually the retail media arm of the BBC. Indicating the USA generates the error message, "cannot ship to this region," but I see that Canada is okay (though BBC Canada doesn't have it in stock) Can you possibly broker a copy for me (and DG?) in the USA?

...if you are one to download audiobooks and not care about keeping the CDs, maybe you'd like to split up the cost and arrange amongst ourselves a way of sending the CDs around to us (I will be perfectly happy once I have it downloaded).
