Vesper bar in Vegas is the best bar in Vegas; they do lots of great cocktails for ~$10, which is a steal if you've been to Vegas of late. Ask for George at the Vesper to make you anything, simply giving him the base spirit or flavor you're looking for, and he'll make you something amazing. He's also very knowledgeable about the history of cocktails, so if it's a slow night, he's a great guy to talk to. The other tender to look for there is Chris from Australia.
The Vesper martini has been popping up all over the place; my friend ordered one this weekend in San Francisco using Cocchi Americano, which is closer tasting to the original Kina Lillet than today's Lillet Blanc.
Just been to Tiger Tiger in Manchester where I had to teach the charming lady at thebar how to make one. Cost me 8 quid!!!!!!! Only had one at those prices and I gave the bar girl a tip.
