Bondlist and new egg photos - Matt

In this issue of BONDLIST, James BONDLIST:

*50th Anniversary James Bond Film!
*Feminists and Beverages Books!
*Egg Photos – License To Drool!
*Cut The Mustard, Mr Wellington!
*Bond Collectors’ Day!

**Lots of photos and fun this issue –

And, YES, it’s “official”. The young Bond film with an aging DANIEL CRAIG comes one year from November 9 (!) confirming our early reports that this would drag until late 2012. My enthusiasm is waning as yours is no doubt! EON missed a film for 2OO7 and if 23 delays they’ll miss the 50th Anniversary of 1962’s DR NO also! Not their fault entirely, of course. “MGM” has been deeply pickled for months in arrears.

**Bond 23/50th Anniversary Film promises Moneypenny, Q Branch, no Quantum since Bond found SOLACE and SOLANGE, and the cute jokes we expect (cringe from?) of certain Bond films. Ahem.

If the new film looks good, BONDLIST plans a big celebration! But will 23 be a ROYALE success or DIE ANOTHER WAY?

**I like this 50th Anniversary BOND Poster from our old BONDLIST pal Jeff Marshall – download it now at:

**The Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car from the record-breaking Broadway musical has been found nearby BONDLIST HQ in North Florida. Watch for more details soon and photos of flying cars.

**I’ve just begun reading SHAKEN & STIRRED: THE FEMINISM OF JAMES BOND by your fellow BONDLIST’er Robert A. Caplen. Robert is breaking ground in an area little touched to date except for some work from Deborah Lipp of THE ULTIMATE JAMES BOND FAN BOOK. S&S: FEMINISM is densely packed with interesting insights and Bondian tidbits. Look for my full report next time and visit http://www.bondgirlbook.com to preview the book and order your copy.

**…Speaking of dash, watch for news soon on the final and perhaps greatest ALEXANDER WELLINGTON adventure…nobody cuts the mustard like Wellington. Nobody!

**The name’s Small, Very Small – could Daniel Craig’s new car not contain all his Bond (smirk)?

**And where would GANDALF be if he was Sean Connery and not Ian McKellan, as was originally slated?

**Egg-stra Egg-citing is the Octopussy Fabergé egg now accompanying the Golden Gun in my Moore props trove! Visit www.finejewelledeggs.com for more Moore! Some photos are egg-vailable now at:

**Bond’s official guitar man Vic Flick joined with Spy-Fi’s Tom Pervanje to arrange “Bryce’s Theme: The Man From WEB.” Hear it and watch the video at http://billraetz.blogspot.com.

**Nowhere to roam, Mr. Bond? A pal has a significant amount of Bond material to post online. Anyone want to partner them in webhosting OO7?

**Bryan Meet Bond – Would you like to add yourself or your family to this photo?

**32nd Collectors Day - Sat. Jan. 22nd, 2011 – The Shermans are back and bolder than ever at the Florida State Museum of Natural History this Saturday in Gainesville, Florida. Annual Collectors’ Day features over 120 collections and thousands of visitors to gawk and talk. Some of my rarer Bond books and movie props draw attention as I meet fans and people somehow connected to the Bond films or novels at each event. Join us if you’re in town to swap/trade/chat.

**Speaking of new books, “M” himself is soon to be hot off the press with his new tell-all DRINKS OF BOND. This one pours straight from the James Bond Dossier right into your mouth! Watch for it on B-LIST.

**OO7 MAGAZINE’s ARCHIVE FILES: The James Bond Girls File #4 - The 1990s are now available. Like File 3 and the 80’s, the 1990’s were pretty good to Bond, ladies-wise. Archives members are treated to an awesome array of props, details, femme fatales, and much more. Check it out - http://www.007magazine.co.uk
