Three pairs of Church's Moccasins in black (9.5F), brown (10F) and 'grey glace' (10F)

If any of you have read the books you'll know that the literary Bond wore/wears Moccasins and since Brosnan is a walking advertisement for Church's—the perfect Bond shoe!

These shoes have leather soles and leather uppers that have seen very little wear. The uppers are in virtually perfect condition with the shoes being kept very well. They come with the original box.

Asking £50 per pair with free shipping worldwide.

If you did more research you would have discovered that the literary Bond would have used Lobbs not Church's as that is who made Fleming's shoes. Church was used for the films strictly for marketing. If you zoom in on this photo of the author you can plainly see the type of loafers he wore. They are similar to the "Edward" style they sell today (look at www.JohnLobb.com).

No specific description was ever given for Bond's shoes—just that he hated laces and wore Moccasins. All you're doing is spectating and **** on a FS thread. Thanks.

My apologies if my comments were interpreted as being overly critical. Any shoes made by Church's are quality shoes and the ones you are selling are a perfect example. I wish you luck in selling them. As far as there being no specific description of Bonds shoes - you are correct. Just wanted to remind members that anything that Bond wore or used in the novels Fleming himself wore or used - which is why he could describe them in detail (such as his Morland Specials cigarettes) - or have no details (such as the loafers). However, it would follow that wherever Fleming got clothing like his shirts (Turnbull & Asser) or shoes (Lobbs) it would make sense that is where he would have his character get them, even if he does not mention it in the books.
