  This may be obvious Christof, but I take it you've just fabricated the front face of the safe with a genuine Chubb spinner, the pictures not overly clear. Or do you have the whole thing? Regardless it looks great and would grace any collection {[]

  Correct, it is a Chubb spinner mounted on a painted wooden face.
  First I wanted to weld a complete iron box.
  But now I can just stick the safe against the wall instead of in the wall. Looks good and easy to do.
