HELP!!!
My buddy George's friend is trying to build one but lacks the instructions from this kit.

Does anyone have this model so as to provide a photocopy of the instruction sheet.

Thanks in advance to all.

    Hello Ed,

are you talking about the reissue or the "old" version.

I for sure have the reissue but must have a look, if I also have the old one.

I'm guessing the older version but if it's a reissue that should work too...I think.

If you do have it, please scan and send me a jpg of it so I can pass it along to our buddy, George (who completed the Goldfinger Grapple gun you can see in another thread) who will pass it along to his friend.

    My e-mail is: thefudds@aol.com

    Thanks much!!!!

    THANK YOU. Markus!!!!

I'll pass them along to George for his friend.
I hope these are the ones he's looking for.

I think it's fantastic how we can all come to each other assistance.
    Thanks again, Markus!!!

    Oh well...the search continues....

I just found out the instructions needed are for the 1/24 scale IMAI kit.

Again, if anyone has them...please email me at: thefudds@aol.com

:# Very nice set and I hate to say, that I don't have it in my collection.

Hope, that someone else could help - however I'd not build this rare model if I was the owner.
    Good luck on your search, Ed -{

From what George has told me...the guy wants to produce resin copies of the model as it is quite rare that not many collectors have it in their collections.

shame its going to be copied as its not a great kit but is rare, I do have the instructions but not for this use, it also came in a plainer white box as well

Sorry Ed to say it, but I agree wholehearted!

I was glad to help your friend out if his intention was to build the kit, but producing copies out of it? No way!

    Anyhow, I don't have that model... :(

I quite understand. I don't think he's doing it maliciously as much as he is willing to share the kits with other collectors.

Hi everyone, this is George. Please allow me to clarify, I asked Ed for help and didn't know he was going to post my request to the AJB for help. The instructions I am looking for are for a collector friend (Martin) that has two of these kits, one is complete and the other is not. He does not have a set of instructions for either kit. He has made a resin copy of some of the missing parts for the second kit from the available parts from the first kit. Martin has no intention of making a production run on this kit, he is retired and not in the business of reproducing kits. This old kit has brass parts and a metal gear box that are included in both kits that would be extremely difficult to reproduce correctly. I asked for help in getting a copy of the instructions to help Martin, and with hope that he would eventually make the missing parts for the second kit and give me an opportunity to purchase the kit from him. The intent was never to produce this kit for sale beyond perhaps the second incomplete kit he has, and I don’t know that he will sell it. I collect Bond Aston Martin’s above all else and have been looking for this kit for a long time and would be thrilled at the opportunity to acquire one, even if incomplete. I completely understand and side with collectors who do not want their rare investment kits mass produced. If would be simpler for me if one of you had this kit for sale. I hope no one was offended by the request for a copy of the instructions.
    Sincerely, George

    George,
Thanks for clearing this up. I misunderstood what I had read in your email from your friend.
As being a former co-partner in a garage kit company ( Necro-nomi Concepts) that produced resin model kits. I quite understand why people would be upset if he were recasting the kit for personal profit....which I now understand he is NOT.
Sorry that I gave people that impression. I truly misunderstood.
