Help with the QoS Harrington Jacket Collar

So, I'm looking to get a Magnoli harrington jacket, and am trying to make the sure the collar is perfect. So... does anyone here have a TF jacket? I would like the following measurements if you can help me out. Sorry for the crude drawing, I made it up fast.

From these, I can make accurate measurements for my jacket. Any help is appreciated.
